We are surveying New York City clinics directly for what they charge for peptide therapy. The method is published below. The figures are published when clinics give them to us — not before.

This page has no prices on it because we do not yet have prices we can stand behind. NYC clinics do not publish rate cards for peptide therapy, and the numbers circulating in aggregator directories come with no stated sourcing, so there is nothing here to summarize honestly. The survey has to produce the data first.

When the first verified quote lands, it appears in a dated table on this page, attributed by method and collection date. Until then, the most useful thing we can publish is exactly how the figures will be obtained — so you can judge them when they arrive.

Why this page exists

In an internal review of the New York City peptide-therapy market completed on September 15, 2026, we examined seven NYC clinic pages that advertise peptide therapy. None of the seven stated a price. Not a range, not a starting figure, not a consult fee — zero of seven. We are not naming the clinics: the finding is about the market, not about any one practice, and declining to publish pricing is a business decision rather than a fault.

That is what makes local price transparency the single biggest unserved need here, and it is also why there is nothing to aggregate. A page that cannot be assembled from existing sources can only be assembled by asking. So we are asking.

How the survey works

The method is published before the data so that it constrains the data. Every figure that eventually appears on this page has to have come through the process below, or it does not appear.

How clinics are contacted

We contact NYC practices that publicly advertise peptide therapy, by phone or by email, identifying ourselves as Peptides.NYC and saying plainly that the answer is for a published price survey. We do not pose as prospective patients, we do not book consultations to extract a number, and we do not record calls. A clinic that prefers not to take part is not contacted again for that round.

What is asked

Every clinic is asked the same questions, in the same order: what the initial provider consult costs; what the clinic charges for a specific named peptide at a specific dose and vial size; whether bloodwork is billed separately; whether there is a membership or program fee and what it covers; and whether the figure given is a standing rate or a quote that varies by patient. We ask what the number is, never what a competitor charges.

How quotes are recorded

Each answer is written down the day it is given, with the date collected, who gave it, how it was obtained (rate card, phone, email, or intake form), and what exactly was priced — in enough detail that a second caller could ask the same question and get a comparable answer. A figure we cannot attribute to a specific person, date and method does not get published. Nothing is estimated, averaged upward, or filled in from a directory listing.

The naming rule: written consent, or anonymized

A clinic is named on this page only if it has given written consent to be named beside its price. Without that consent the row publishes under a generic descriptor — "Manhattan longevity clinic A", "Brooklyn functional medicine practice C" — with the neighborhood kept and the identity removed. Declining to be named does not remove the price; declining to give a price means the clinic simply does not appear. The check is enforced in code, not by memory: a row whose display name is not in the anonymized form is rejected unless consent is recorded on it.

What will never appear here

Scraped figures, numbers lifted from aggregator directories that do not disclose their sourcing, "typical" ranges assembled from marketing copy, and any price we have not obtained directly. Those are the figures already circulating for this market, and they are the reason this survey exists.

Are you an NYC practice willing to publish what you charge? Consent to be named is welcome and is recorded in writing — and it is the only way your practice name appears beside a figure here.
